All stores have different shipping policies. However, these will be clearly noted both on the product page and the cart before ordering. Returns will generally have a 14-30 day window depending on the store that you order from. For returns to be applicable, the item must arrived damaged or different as ordered. 

All items are of the highest quality and safety. The use of materials will be clearly noted on the product pages and category pages so you can decide which materials best suit your needs. They will also lack any sharp edges that will cut or break the skin.

Different materials have different levels and needs of care. PLA Plastic for example may require different needs and last longer than ceramics. We will try to provide more information about how to care for each material types in the future.
